Facebook on Friday experienced an interruption in its social network, Instagram, Messenger, and WhatsApp services.

What happened to them?

Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger all of which are part of Facebook company have gone down all over the world.

 These three apps stopped working on Friday afternoon UK time. When the users opened the app they saw the alert error and were unable to send or receive messages. 

According to Facebook’s official page “platform status”, which tracks the problems demonstrated that there are no known issues and that the platform is “healthy”.

What was Facebook’s reaction?

The company didn’t immediately say anything about what was causing the service issue and the users affected due to this disruption. This network disruption comes to light around 1:30 p.m. Eastern. 

Instagram greeted the visitors with a notice that said “5xx Server Error”
