A huge part of internet is currently not working including giant companies’ websites, Amazon, Reddit, and Twitch.

Apart from this, other leading websites are also down including gov.uk, Financial Times, The Guardian, and the New York Times.

Websites that are currently down are displaying this message: “Error 503 Service Unavailable”.

Why Leading Websites are down?

Earlier reports demonstrated that it could be the result of Fastly, a cloud computing provider, which underpins a number of giant companies’ websites.

We’re looking into problem with our global content delivery network (CDN) said Fastly.

Fastly posted an error message just before 11am in which it said “currently investigating potential impact to performance with our CDN services.”

A proper formal statement is not provided yet on this huge part of internet closedown.
